Own and develop clear and concise product collateral in order to document the platform to inform and educate internal stakeholders and clients of its desired behavior e.g. Product Guides, Integration Guides, Release Notes.

Manage relationships with standard vendors such as Microsoft, Apple, HP, and Dell.
Drive availability through tools and frameworks that affect Engineering as a whole (examples: Change management, incident handling, monitoring/alertings); partner with the recruiting organization to hit hiring goals (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, closing, etc).
