In this role you will oversee human resources operations to determine areas of strength and opportunity for improvement. Work with local and other company leaders to recruit, retain and develop employees to enable strong business and clinical outcomes.
In this role, you will include employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluations / reviews, benefits administration, compensation, security and safety, hotel policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with federal and state laws through the administration of programs provided by the Human Resources Department.
