The Director reports directly to the HVTN Principal Investigator (PI), the co-PIs, and the Executive Director.
Identify and own organizational and People needs to deliver business objectives. Offer thought leadership and proactive solutions, with insightful data that guides decision-making and measures effectiveness.
Develop, implement and evolve processes and structures to ensure effective and compliant business systems and operations. Manage and modify as needed standard operating procedures for project set up, operations, reporting, QA processes, and documentation procedures.
Conduct analysis of product performance, penetration, market trends, competitor products, brand awareness and voice of customer research in partnership with the product planning group to guide the companys product brand strategy and market segmentation.
In this role, you will continuously balance responsibilities of product ownership including product management and product marketing. You will drive the entrepreneurial spirit within INRIX by being at the forefront of innovation. The role reports to the VP of Product Management.
Manages the release planning process to support business lines, including feature definition and prioritization, user experience, core service requirements and ongoing roadmap for core service portfolio.
