Responsible for developing productive partnerships with business stakeholders and technical team members, as well as producing, grooming, prioritizing, and overall timely management of the requirements product backlog and developing user acceptance criteria.
Analyze system traffic and intrusion detection alerts / data to tune out noisy traffic and build custom fragmentation / reassembly policies. Monitor intrusion detection systems: reading, interpreting and analyzing network traffic and related log files.
Collect and manage large sets of complex data, and facilitate business discussions to ensure analytic needs are met. Projects are data driven and involve quantitative analysis, together with qualitative factors.
Analyzes financial data (e.g., public cost databases, budgets, general ledgers) to identify relevant features, e.g., trends in time, by region, anomalies, and correlations between important quantities.
Lead the creation of high-value business intelligence, collaborate with sales, service delivery and account management organizations, and travel as needed, local and overnight, around 80% regional travel weekly to the client location.
Participate in creating innovative and highly visible analyses of work trends and compensation, like PayScale's Gender Pay Gap Package.
Select and analyze data subsets of the PayScale database of over 54 million profiles, using our real-time data analysis system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with a working knowledge of SQL. The role requires an ability to work cross functionally with business, marketing and product teams to understand our audience, influence product features and design + launch campaigns.
