In this role, you will work with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate, provide solutions in imaginative as well as practical ways that minimize risk without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Supervise all federal, state, County, City, Subcontracts, and private funder contract support including annual contract negotiations, application submissions, invoice submissions, funder reports, and contract review.
Your responsibilities will include: negotiating and documenting a variety of third-party contractual relationships, including license agreements, promotional agreements, master services agreements, amendments, and NDAs; working with the business on the development and marketing of new products and features; developing internal processes to better scale our contractual negotiations; and coordinating with clients and outside counsel.
Manage the provider contracting process from service delivery planning through implementation, including ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Act as lead negotiator for the Provider Relations/Delivery System team and write contract documents.
Develops, implements, and manages contracts for products, equipment and services for the use by PeaceHealth and affiliate member customers consistent with policies. Encourages and reports member contract compliance.
