In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership to nursing personnel and make daily rounds of your unit to ensure staff is providing direct care in accordance with residents care plan and wishes; plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.
In this role, you will provide full spectrum of evaluation, management and procedural patient care services, including minor suture repair. Use and understanding of responsibility to patient safety and reporting of any/all unusual clinical occurrences.
