The Operations Manager (OM), in collaboration with the Medical Director and Associate Director directs, manages, and facilitates the daily operations and personnel activities that support the delivery of safe, efficient and effective care to adult oncology patients and their families in a hospital-based, community oncology clinic located at Evergreen Hospital.
The Clinical Applications Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the application analysts, and is responsible for specific tasks associated with the implementation and utilization of clinical application systems.
The Senior Project Manager will lead the cross functional project teams including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, medical writing and clinical QA, to ensure quality, on-time and within budget deliverables for primarily Phase II-IV clinical trials.
Provide leadership and direction to Nursing Home Services ARNPs and the multi-disciplinary professional practice team providing care for our members during sub-acute or residential stays at community nursing homes. Develops coordinated care and service planning and evaluation.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate project organization, implementation and management activities between all operations and the client. Serves as the primary client contact at the project operational level.
Provide oversight of delegation of the assessment and reassessment of patients, including updating of care plans and interpreting patient needs, while adhering to Company, physician, and/or health facility procedures/policies.
In this role, you will managing the clinical study timelines, deliverables and risks, working with the client and Business Services to finalize the project budget and scope, serving as primary contact with client to ensure appropriate communication, managing project budget, and participate in internal and external meetings.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and prepare department policies and procedures on an annual or more frequent basis; identify areas for improvement, develops and implements action plans.
