This Services Account Manager will come with a strong background and understanding of the WEB market, executive-level communication, building customer and partner relationships, successfully positioning professional services & solutions and exceeding goal.
You will work cross-functionally to develop strategies that uncover new market opportunities that benefit both Cisco and our customers. You will have knowledge of Cisco's sales organization and how to collaborate/navigate across the company.
The Client Service Associate will support the Senior Account Manager providing responsive and exceptional service. The CSA participates in investment implementation, cash flow and expense analysis, general bookkeeping, client onboarding, benefit administration, tax support, insurance reviews, charitable giving and other client requests.
Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
Collaborate with other IT groups and manage client systems as they relate to internal Infrastructure: MS Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, remote connectivity VPN, VoIP, fax, print services, and mobile device management.
Lead the development of the overall account plan and has primary responsibility for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing client-valued solutions involving multiple brands and elements.
