This position may perform all the duties in the analyst I, analyst II, and analyst III positions and with increased responsibilities for project management, staff supervision, business and system consultation, and increased usage of advanced technical engineering skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will pass user stories to engineering team and clarify any questions; collaborate with business partner to work along the roadmap plan and also build project roadmap for new implementation.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
Responsible for developing productive partnerships with business stakeholders and technical team members, as well as producing, grooming, prioritizing, and overall timely management of the requirements product backlog and developing user acceptance criteria.
The business architect reports directly to the director, cloud + enterprise business architecture and represents the team in work streams critical to effective business architecture design and execution.
The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen and judgment, intense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
The candidate will take part in end-user on call support and be able to complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner demonstrating their ability to establish and adhere to realistic timelines with minimal supervision or as appropriate on integrated projects.
Able to coordinate meetings, conference calls, strategy sessions and agenda development. Proven success-presenting technology as business solution and selling in complicated sales surroundings with both technical and business buyers.
