The Product Management team is looking for individuals with strong product and program management to develop new products. You will frequently work directly with your customers and partners to understand their needs from both a business and technical perspective.
This position will liaison between multiple business stakeholders to ensure optimal communication and alignment on the product roadmap; the ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.

Develop an in-country distribution and delivery framework that contemplates any and all currently used last-mile delivery mechanisms with future-proofing for emerging or not-yet-invented delivery models.
the PM will be tightly aligned with the development team and will be able to accurately ballpark scoping in business discussions without the input of an SDE or TPM. This will reduce time needed for planning (and re-planning) as priorities shift.

Identify and create business requirements for product implementation, including integration into Prime member acquisition and membership marketing, customer experience and measurability of the business.
Manage day-to-day ticket workflow, and develop strategies and best practices around how to effectively manage projects within each advertising vertical. Consider schedules, available resources, scope and budgets to deliver job completion to your advertisers and business partners' satisfaction.
Develop product vision, strategy, business plans, and metrics for algorithms, machine learning models and experimentation capabilities; collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the company to obtain buy-in for product initiatives and to set expectations.
Defining key business challenges/opportunities and identifying root causes through proactive diagnostic analyses; translating findings into practical, scalable business models that will address business challenges/opportunities.
