This position will work closely with department and location managers, as well as corporate Accounting and HR departments, to ensure accurate and timely reporting, protect Company assets, and ensure adherence to Company and Division policies.
The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services; escalates issues quickly when deep, specific skills or other capabilities are required; ability to use knowledge of the Azure architecture and offerings to provide customer resolution and proactive customer recommendations
Makes collaborative recommendations for workflow and system enhancements while participating in the design and implementation of system changes, ensuring that appropriate controls are incorporated into project design and that proper testing is performed.
Work closely with the accounting and finance teams in addressing day-to-day business activities and associated accounting implications; provide technical accounting guidance and support to clients through complex transactions and business changes.
Assist in monthly reconciliation between the proprietary fund accounting software and client portfolio accounting system; assist in the process of limited partner and manager subscriptions/redemptions.
