The position will also support and implement delegated responsibilities as outlined and requested by the Vice President, Ambulatory Services and Network of Care to ensure planned organizational objectives are fulfilled and measured on an on-going basis.
Selects, trains, orients and supervises clinic personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for work assignments and daily operations. Manages personnel for multiple practices, including training relief employees.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the leadership of the F/D/M Market Sector, and will serve as the chief strategist, advisor, and decision maker by providing insight for strategic planning and direction of business development activities and procedures.
