Leads shift operations and directs vendors and subcontractors. Utilizes advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
This position is responsible for the leadership of the F/D/M Market Sector, and will serve as the chief strategist, advisor, and decision maker by providing insight for strategic planning and direction of business development activities and procedures.
This position will focus on develop and implementation of current processes into new Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including IQC, packaging, testing, data checking/sorting, and RMA process. The candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
Work closely with quality and engineering to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
