In this role, the selected candidate will
ensure all new hire paperwork is consistently applied to include background information, drug testing and then follow through on scanning of new hire, benefit, payroll and termination paperwork.
The Human Resource Project Coordinator provides administrative, general office and recruiting support; reviews and coordinates staffing efforts utilizing budgets, proposals and business development planning documents as guidelines ensuring customer comprehension and expectations.
In this role, you will work on or assists with basic tasks for the deployment of new solutions and enhancements/fixes to existing solutions. This includes, but is not limited to: trouble-shooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, user interaction, training, defining systems scope, gathering requirements, documenting design & functional specifications, research and fact-finding, configuration, testing, reporting, cutover, IS and business user coordination.
The HR Manager will partner with client groups to understand short-term and long-term business goals, develop, and deliver HR programs and solutions in support of them. The HR Manager will also support and drive region-wide strategic initiatives.
