The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an overall business development plan for the North Texas Region, maintaining client relations, supervising and leading other staff including other Project Managers and Professional Engineers and working cooperatively with other Regional Managers and Service Group Directors.
Responsible for achieving the machine sales region's long-term strategic plan in alignment with the company's vision, values and mission. As such, this individual evaluates, allocates and directs all human, physical and financial resources for the regional territory.
In this role, you will work closely with regional management and corporate IT to assess and utilize best practices in implementation and use of technology. Analyze complex business needs presented by regional management and / or users and recommend technical solutions that facilitate company - wide efforts to improve the effective use of technology.
In this role, you will determine and negotiates customer requirements including specifications and technical issues, quantities, pricing and delivery, packaging and other product related information through direct contact with the appropriate customer functional group.
In this role, the selected candidate will
manage and maintain the IT service management framework encompassing service fulfillment, change control, incident, problem, request, and access and asset management.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geography through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Sales Leadership, as well as and field sales representatives; provide outreach and networking with state/local providers, patient and healthcare systems advocacy organizations.
