The Sales Director is a senior sales, business development and client management leadership position that reports directly to the Vice President, Global Sales Operations. The Sales Director leads the overall new client sales engagements and expansion and renewal selling for all prospects and clients in the southwest region.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive sales strategy to support and grow the company by establishing rigorous and repeatable sales engagement process. This Director will work cross functionally with all other employees within the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments; ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
This person will play an important role in the corporate sales growth strategy and will be responsible for the management of all sales initiatives. Responsibilities include setting department goals, budgets and appropriately resourcing department staff to ensure successful execution of goals.
In this role, the selected candidate builds well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve margin; collaborates within the company and with the field to prioritize, facilitate and direct the use of resources.
