The Sales Director is a senior sales, business development and client management leadership position that reports directly to the Vice President, Global Sales Operations. The Sales Director leads the overall new client sales engagements and expansion and renewal selling for all prospects and clients in the southwest region.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments; ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
In this role, you will ensure good standing in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with chamber of commerce, convention and visitors bureau, other hotels, local schools, local government and other community and civic organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible to achieve annual sales plan and sales targets for assigned accounts through proactive sales activity and networking with assigned potential and existing accounts.
