The candidate will be responsible to direct the sales & servicing operations for a growing staffing company to service both our field employees and our client companies in the following capacity: Direct outbound sales, coach and supervise staff, grow the sales revenue, shape strategic plans, maintain budgets, in addition to other duties that pertain to the oversight of the market.
In this role, you will translate customer requirements into state-of-the-art production strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products.
The site quality leader is responsible for the overall product quality review associated with the manufacturing process for the rutland operation. The successful candidate will drive the sites tactical and strategic quality improvement plan, and all the quality related activities and initiatives.
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to define product release requirements, clarify customer requirements, feasibility of design concepts (including explaining and researching statistical methods), establish acceptable time frames for completion and assist in managing the development process through to product completion.
