The responsibility for this position includes data analysis and RF model extraction based on wafer data or electromagnetic (EM) simulations using automation software such as ICCAP and Matlab to generate Spectre/Verilog models. Device or circuit simulation using Cadence and/or ADS will need to be conducted to verify or improve model quality.
