Performs advanced engineering work concerned with the design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and/or computer components, equipment and systems for commercial, government, military and/or scientific uses.
Facilitate meetings, focus groups, workshops, retreats, etc. Providing structure and focus enabling clients to successfully reach their meeting goals. Deliver follow-up facilitation and/or documents to support the actions developed during meetings.
Participate in, and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures class on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment, following outline, handouts and texts.
In this role, the selected candidate develops plans; including budgets and schedules; and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for Systems Engineering and Training Analysis contract in support of CSCS.
Provide recommendations on how to leverage knowledge to facilitate client discussions with the intent to advance the clients ability to think strategically and plan strategies that meet organizational learning and performance goals.
