The Training Manager has responsibility for project functions such as curriculum development, course design, delivery, and updates. He or she manages the planning and delivery of contractual requirements, manage corresponding resources, ensuring that project outcomes are delivered timely and consistently with quality and proficiency.
Oversee and participate in the design, development and delivery of training programs in a variety of subject areas, including new hire training, leadership training, customer service, management skills, and operational training.
Provide support in design; configuration; implementation; maintenance; and management of hardware; computer programs; courseware; systems; and technologies specific to the ECR environment and in accordance with DoN Policies and guidelines for software.
Develop standardized requirements for Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Qualification Training Programs (QTPs), or any other courses of instruction derived from the IT2XX Career Field Education Training Program (CFETP) and the 13DX (Individual Training and Evaluation Folder (ITEF).
Conducts research into new training; educational; and multimedia technologies. Coordinates the development and delivery of complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
