Responsible for the efficient, effective and flawless execution of complex Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects and I&R process improvement initiatives. May also include complex consumer complaint and productivity projects.
Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core non-technical programs. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc.
Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant technical, non-technical, and/or intelligence related program or multiple smaller non-technical programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Program area typically represents more than three functional areas.
Responsible for managing the support provided to PARCA, which includes staffing, assigning/managing workload, training the workforce, and ensuring efficiency and production of quality outputs (i.e., products are professional and demonstrate critical thinking, clear communication, and factual accuracy).

Directly; and through five (5) Senior Engineers; manages all engineers proving support to CSCS/ ATRC in support of Aegis Program requirements and the definition for current and future Aegis Programs and supporting training systems; this includes Installation; maintenance; repair; overhaul; troubleshooting; modification; construction and testing of various Aegis Combat Systems Computer Programs and supporting training; electrical; electronic; and/or mechanical equipment and related devices.
Develop and lead the successful execution of cross-functional enablement programs for the global public sector technical teams (professional services, solution architects, and business development teams).
Responsibilities include strategic planning, executive and customer communication, engaging in and managing escalations, and project management for software and other deliverable within and across teams.
