The technical consultant will perform programming and technical work for customers during their erp implementation. Technical consultants will also provide additional support to existing customers by creating custom functionality or other support initiatives.
This role is capable of independently performing difficult and complex work requiring thorough knowledge of the subject matter and significant experience with the designated company area or specific engineering discipline.
Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and/or Service Desk.
