The right individual will have significant experience a decentralized, high volume recruiting environment. Additionally they will have managed other recruiters, compared and setup multiple ATS systems, be technology savvy, have excellent leadership and coordination skills, and be self-motivated and driven to help the company achieve its aggressive expansion goals.

The Manager, Stakeholder Experience will lead Recruiting Operations and will be focused on optimizing operational process flows and looking for ways to increase throughput in a customer centric manner to delight the candidate while delivering a consistent and scalable experience to all stakeholders.
Responsible for working with key stakeholders and developing functional specifications for future enhancements, evaluating new technologies and tools, overseeing implementation of technology enhancements and ensuring an effective roll-out / change management to end users (i.e., recruiters, hiring managers and candidates).
