Provide CNAL Assessment, ILS and configuration management and assistance, including research and analysis in support of CNAL staff personnel. Assistance includes the identification of ILS elements, including parts and training needed to support shipboard systems; document system/equipment discrepancies, maintain test plans, perform equipment validations and update CDMD-OA.
Assist the business users with activities related to software change requests, including creation and execution of test scripts to test business functionality, establishment of training plans and creation of user training documentation.
Provide a full range of financial functions for a budget and procurement office supporting ongoing program operations, including should-cost and projected cost analysis and trade studies for cost trade-off options.
Provides technical and administrative support in modifying, designing, and setting up applications security. Evaluates and resolves security-related problems, and advises users on security issues. Works with multiple business units, within a specific platform environment, on multi-project assignments. Guides and advises less experienced Systems Security Analysts.
Serve as a SharePoint subject matter expert and maintain responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of out-of-the-box SharePoint 2010 and 2013 solutions for DoD clients.
