The selected candidate will be supporting Naval Ship Support Activity (NSSA) by providing assessment support for the Total Ship Readiness Assessment (TSRA), Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessment (BMDRA), and Continuous Maintenance Availability Visits (CMAV) onboard Navy ships.

Ensures site material needs are met by understanding critical upcoming planned work activities and tracking priority materials for daily and outage material requirements. Coordinates plans and meets material target delivery dates, collaborating with sourcing teams, expeditors, transportation, and warehousing.
In this role, you will leads a team that is responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of suppliers for the business unit, and for all phases of the procurement effort (from the initiation of the upfront supplier strategy and proposal phase through negotiations, award and management of supplier activities). Ensures that all of these activities meet the program objectives.
