This individual will serve as the manager for large, complex network integration projects (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Regional Manager in working with the Government's authorized representative and customer agency representatives.
The Technical Project Manager will actively lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure, including project team definition, project planning, documentation, contract management, full project execution, tracking, reporting, rollout, and interfaces with groups both external and internal to support the project and formalized project closure.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide overall program management support for the project resources and ensuring that all of the project's work products align with the client enterprise architecture strategic direction. Work in conjunction with the client Project Managers and other client staff and project staff.

The Technical Project Manager II Federal acts as the single point of contact for complex installation and construction projects for communication networks responsible for all Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) project activities. Working in conjunction with the OSP and ISP Managers, coordinates and oversees all aspects of projects from proposal development through financial closeout.
In this role, the selected candidate will work under general direction, maintain responsibility for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, and provide a single point of contact for those projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the resources required to complete project tasks within the predicted project cost, time and quality estimates. The project manager will also be responsible for defining and tracking all project deliverables and reporting status.
The selected candidate will lead a proposal team in executing a formal bid and proposal for an external customer, including assisting in the systems engineering and design approach, writing and reviewing proposal sections, and leading the overall bid process.
