In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within an OFCCP framework; utilizing various job boards in order to source candidates (Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, Clearedjobs.net).
In this role, the selected candidate will track all recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and record all candidates and requisitions; develop strong partnerships with Hiring Managers across multiple lines of business.
