The Sales force Architect is responsible for the full application architecture and development life cycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions.
In this role,you will be responsible for identifying the organizations needs, breaking down large scale projects to manageable tasks, working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research, agreeing plans with the clients, explaining to designers and developers whats required and overseeing the progress, producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project and advising the client on managing future IT needs.
In this role, you will gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform complex data migrations requiring transformation using a database, and potentially containing very large data sets.
This role will provide leadership as it relates to providing direction and building support and vision of the SFDC platform, assisting with the ongoing evaluation of add-ons, improving the internal support structures through oversight of a team of Developers, Sr. Business Analysts and Administrators to streamline business processes and spearhead new initiatives to ensure user adoption.
In this role, the selected candidate will create comprehensive business, customer, functional requirements and author solutions collateral including solution description documentation and presentations.
Provide design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, additions to existing applications. Participate in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts.
In this role, you will research, design, develop, demonstrate and test high quality functional and marketing prototypes and end-to-end solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
Experience in translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
