The ideal candidate will possess full-lifecycle HR Generalist experience and be able to function autonomously as an "HR department of one" while collaborating with the other business functions in the organization.
In this role, you will manage HR Operations by, providing daily tasking, managing performance and the employee lifecycle. Provides leadership by fully implementing all principles of performance management within the team, including regular coaching, training and feedback sessions.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide HR support in the areas of employee development, recruitment, compensation/benefits, organizational development, performance management and employee and labor relations.
The successful candidate will provide both leadership oversight and individual contribution on a variety of human resources programs, policies, and practices that enhance the employee experience, expands the organization and minimizes corporate risk.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with clients and vendors; new business development skills and the ability to grow our footprint with existing customers is essential.
