Primary focus on recruitment and Outreach exclusively for a GDIT contract to develop the National Language Service Corps (NLSC). This is a direct position exclusively for this General Dynamics IT contract.
Partners with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), time frames, etc.
Responsible for the creation and nurturing of the broader candidate pipeline at its earliest stages of offer acceptance through communicating the benefits for working for the worlds leading nutrition, health and wellness company.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to achieve required NLSC staffing levels. Develop specific plans for identification and recruiting of NLSC employees- called members; who are knowledgeable; if not representative; of multi-cultural groups in the United States and possess foreign language capabilities.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Provides support; information; and vision to National Language Service Corps (NLSC) recruiting and Outreach team and NLSC staff. Supports internal NLSC staff by providing support for recruiting functions and Outreach support for NLSC as needed. This includes tracking applicants in CRM; in MS Excel and NLSC database.
The Nurse Recruiter handles the full responsibility for the employment process for assigned departments to ensure the timely hiring of competent staff; work to develop and implement proactive and creative recruitment programs ensure maintenance of staffing levels for current and future openings.
