This position will be responsible for the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled technical, cleared candidates. He / She will act as prime consultant on large projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.
In this role, you will integrate financial and industry data, research and news into tools that help track performance, generate alpha, identify investment ideas, understand competitive and industry dynamics, perform valuation and assess credit risk.
In this position, you will perform recruiting and sourcing duties to identify, screen and select professional, technical and/or other candidates. Coordinates with line management to fill job vacancies in a timely manner. Keeps ATS up to date for all applicants as they move through the recruitment process. Assists in other areas of Human Resources as required. This position typically works under general supervision and direction.
This role will focus on recruiting for several different departments across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, you will be sourcing, qualifying, networking and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
The Technical Recruiter work with the hiring managers to understand the requirements and develop job descriptions; identify, network, source, and cold call to identify potential qualified candidates for hire; build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future positions; execute and qualify phone screens and interviews.
In this role, you will perform and manage full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition in one or more functional areas from entry level through senior management positions. The selected candidate will conduct initial intake and recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers, with regular follow-up and progress updates.
