Provides senior level on-site project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
The Business Intelligence department works closely with senior leadership to develop plans, project milestones, timelines and budgets with respect to assigned projects and assignments. You will Work on firm-wide projects requiring the need to work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders throughout the firm.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external organizations, as well as attending meetings, producing documentation to support the agenda, recording and tracking action items and publishing meeting minutes (i.e., Sponsor Monthly Meeting, Bi-Monthly Partnership meetings).
Researches and resolves drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interference and works with owner and others to resolve issues. Prepares field design change requisitions as required; generates requests for information (RFI). Reviews all shop drawings, design drawings, calculations and submitted technical data for accuracy and conformance to specifications and constructability.

The Cloud PMO Business Analyst will facilitate project management principles, practices and processes based on common billing and financial standards. PMO analyst will be responsible to apply, and track multiple CSP pricing processes for VM and storage solutions using cloud technologies secondary customers.
