In this role, you will assist clients with the technical and programmatic management of a portfolio of research and development (R&D) efforts. Serve as a coordinator responsible for managing technical scope, budget, and schedule of multiple projects.
Provide information to assist in the preparation of the six year plan and communicate with citizens and public officials; prepare necessary documents for road construction to improve the secondary system in a cost effective manner; coordinate project development activities with local governments (urban or county projects) through preliminary engineering and right of way phases in order to prepare plans.
In this role you will assist in the process of procuring goods and services to sustain international program operations. The Selected Candidate will review funding orders and requirements, handles vendor invoices and process payments.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning the work and scheduling it to meet the Mills goals and ensure coordination with ongoing operations. Must have a detailed understanding of the clients safety program, procedures and all requirements that govern the work to be performed.
