Clinical decision making in collaboration with physicians and daily prioritization of activities.
May supervise and/or coordinate the activities of other medical and support staff as it relates to patient care.
The PA will support the newly aligned Acute Care Surgery Service. The PA will also be responsible for performing high-quality clinical practices and effective patient management, under physician supervision, in accordance with state regulations, including primary and secondary specialty care in clinical and/or surgical practice settings.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing patient care treatment plans. Orders diagnostic tests such as radiographic and laboratory, interpreting results under the direction of a Physician.
The NP/PA will join outstanding staff of Board Certified Physicians and certified mid-levels to demonstrate extraordinary diagnostic and therapeutic skill, encompassing both physiatry and anesthesiology, to provide patients with the most comprehensive approach available.
