Provide on-site maintenance (field maintenance and urgent technical assistance), network configuration and telecommunications support for INSCOM systems and provide technical assistance (system help desk or parts support) to off-site locations through telephone, mail service, or other electronic communication.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and collaboration skills to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment with contractor, subcontractor, and government entities. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Assist in defining network and firewall protocol requirements, implementing specific agency and site configurations, and assessment of performance, with diagnostic capabilities required. Implement a mature ITIL services model for integration of the Desktop solution into customers existing CAN, WAN and LAN architecture.
Analyze voice, video, radio-frequency, and/or data communications networks, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting, and upgrading operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices.
