The Director will act as the key agency lead with Agency of Record (AOR) to ensure that SHRMs marketing strategy and objectives are aligned with agency engagement.
The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for managing the direction and execution of the companys visual branding/look-and-feel, as well as all digital/print communications strategies and programs including global websites and intranet, SEO/SEM/social/inbound marketing programs, press and analyst relations, trade shows/event planning, advertising, demand generation, and collateral materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for marketing related reporting and analytics; process building / refinement; planning and budgeting ( in conjunction with corporate marketing / marketing leadership ); marketing technology selection, implementation, governance and roadmap development; data management; best practices syndication; and marketing skills development.
