Manage the day-to-day activities of or Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive sales growth, including: managing sales interactions, sales processes, outbound calling, sales deepening and Preferred Reward and Small Business results.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep industry background that enables them to engage and communicate effectively in a wide range of technical and business discussions with internal AWS colleagues, APN partners, and government end customers.
Ensures responsibility for daily openings and closings as scheduled, as well as completes accurate opening/closing reports; communicates regularly and effectively to crew at pre-shift/post-shift crew meetings and on a one-tone basis.
