Prepare reports describing tasks assigned/accomplished and make recommendations on training needs, attendance requirements, and resources necessary for developing and conducting medical related training courses.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administration functions, setting up accounts, facilitating onboarding with account requests with customer, script creation, integration configuration.

2+ years experience in the implementation and technical support of multi-platform, multi-system networks (CISCO and UNIX or Linux-based hardware platforms) including diagnosing network performance shortcomings and designing and implementing performance improvements.
This person will be part of a team that is responsible for LINUX administration of a cross domain enterprise solution product platform supporting end users at the customer facility and performer sites.
