In this role, the selected candidate will design and develop interactive courseware for customer training; ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans.
The instructional design candidate will support a dynamic training environment which includes course design for classroom delivery, design and development of learner activities and exercises, and creation of instructional materials and lesson plans.
You will work collaboratively within the HR organization and beyond to recommend, design and deliver learning solutions that will support our employees and managers as we adopt new ways of doing business.
Develop and design training documentation: participant guides, training manuals, course materials, leader guides, learning activities, and job aides to enhance the performance and development of associates.
In this role, you will be responsible for design and develop interactive courseware for customer training. Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans. Convert written material or training requirements into interactive courseware.
Work under the supervision of the Project Manager or the Senior Instructional Designer to develop and document instructor-led, paper-based, and technology delivered curricula or performance support solutions.
