Provide weekly and monthly data graphs and technical reports for contractor, government and military hours expended on submarine related production and maintenance support relating to submarine technical assistance visits, assessments and installation efforts.
In this role, the selected candidate will be providing on-site user support on client network systems and servers; installing, managing, and troubleshooting workstations, servers, printers, and network devices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting data errors, applying timely corrective measures, and producing reports as required for DoD leadership. Must be able to collect, organize, analyze and translate data into useful information for dashboard reporting. Provide regular and ad hoc reports based on the data.
