This position is a key leader on the Account core team who is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting the Project Management, and Occupancy Planning functions.
Reviewing applicable laws and policies, developing strategic plans, monitoring progress of ICwide facilities initiatives and projects, and facilitating/coordinating community outreach, forums, and activities.
Requires in - depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial / business analysis including the preparation of reports.

The Critical Facilities Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the of the critical infrastructure equipment supporting the Data Centers, and direct supervision of several technicians.
In this role, you will be responsible for proper operation and maintenance of all facilities related assets including buildings, grounds, electrical distribution systems, utility systems, security and our Ammonia controls systems.
