As a Customer Success Manager, owning the success of Avizias customers and partners is your mandate. You will own and manage the end-to-end customer journey, maintain strong relationships, increase customer loyalty, ensure product adoption, reduce churn and serve as a strategic partner with sales to create customer growth opportunities.
The Business Development and Customer Success Operations Manager will support functions essential to the Sales teams productivity to build strategy, analytics, process and tools that accelerate our performance. This person will provide the sales team with operational insight as it relates to the sales process.
