The Control Systems Engineer is responsible for design and implementation of Process Control Systems using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine interfaces (HMIs) including developing the controls systems software.
In this role, you will be responsible to design, develop and execute automation scripts using commercial and open source tools. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Controls and Automation that enables him/her to undertake the challenges of sophisticated controls platforms and a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically in aligning building controls and automation with the larger objectives of the business.
This work requires excellent teamwork with other Process Control engineers and other area personnel to develop joint plans, communicate well on system changes and needs, and ensure predictive and reactive work provides spectacular uptime for these systems.

The ideal candidate will need a wide-ranging background in data center environmental controls systems, IT infrastructure, networking, mechanical facility operations, electrical power monitoring, project management and strong leadership skills.
The Control Engineer provides technical information to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design requirements; troubleshoots engineering related installation problems; acts as a liaison with the client and/or owner regarding the project process.
