As the Contracts Manager, you will coordinate with colleagues within the company from business development, finance, program management, and technical teams to articulate our business relationships with our customers, partners, and suppliers.
In this role, you will perform initial review of contract and/or subcontract awards and modifications, identify risks, and provide recommendations for management approval. Coordinate with various teams to communicate contractual obligations and new or changed requirements, to include interpretation and communication of applicable contract requirements and regulations.
The contracts administrator authorizes company work and administers contracts and agreements in accordance with contractual requirements as well as interprets contract requirements, manages change and resolves conflict.
The purpose of the Worldwide Services Business Desk (SBD) is to drive the consistent end-to-end implementation of Services business practices, including risk and obligation management, contracting, transactional excellence, and privacy data security and intellectual property protection.
