Provide full life cycle, strategic contracts administration leadership and support to DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) clients. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and OCI and relationship development and management with the clients' acquisition teams.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for all aspects of a global portfolio from the business development phase through closeout, delivering customer satisfaction, building customer relationships and timely responses to both external and internal customers.
Prepare and disseminate contract modifications, conduct invoice processing and tracking, log and track request for contract action documents, provide file and database management, research and respond to data call responses, compile and report contract status to management, prepare contract documentation for briefings/meetings and prepare contracts for settlement.
Establishes highest-level contract strategy and drives implementation of strategic contract opportunities with the most significant impact to the corporation. Provides contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution and administration.
Create and maintain a professional interface with all technical and business departments, management and government personnel, such as Contracting Officers/Specialist, Contractor Officer Representatives.
