The Clinical Coordinator under the direction of the and Nurse Manager and/or Director, is responsible for supervising, providing and/or promoting quality patient care which utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, is appropriate to the age of the patients served, is family-centered and based on the philosophy of Mary Immaculate Hospital, and the Division of Patient Care Services.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate financial aspects of study implementation and management from protocol feasibility through study close-out per company Research Center and Research Department policies and guidelines.

CRNC is responsible for coordinating the research activities of IRB-approved study protocols. Specific protocols that require the CRNCs support will be determined by the Department Head of Clinical Investigation Department (CID) in consultation with the Clinical Research Coordinator.
The coordinator uses advanced nursing processes in decision-making, patient assessment, data analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve the overall quality and efficiency of patient care for the designated department and population served.
