Monitor developing build definitions, analyze and evaluate all system enhancements and change candidates for logistics impacts providing the ILS community with an understanding of new developments, issues and the impacts of those changes on the system.
The analyst will perform Fit-Gap analysis at an advanced level to identify differences between organizations business processes and make recommendations for business process and system requirements changes.
This position requires demonstrated excellent customer relations and data analysis skills. The preferred candidate will have very strong oral and written communication skills. He/She must be confident and comfortable working in an environment with undefined processes, changing requirements and be able quickly adapt and help bring structure and results to support the customer mission.
Responsible for assisting the Government PM/COR in maintaining the inventory of Oracle licenses for our Federal client and work with individual divisions and programs to reconcile licenses and installed products;
Leads advisory services, strategic planning activities and business case development within government agency and across internal organizations. Mentors junior architects on advisory services delivery.
The right candidate will be responsible for understanding the full project lifecycle to successfully deliver quality work products on-schedule and will need to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, as well as coordinate communication with colleagues and report risk and status to team lead or manager.
Provide expertise using current technology paradigms that can be substantiated through established and well recognized industry standards, trends and state of the art practice (e.G., gartner, forrester, itil).
