The Cloud PMO Business Analyst will facilitate project management principles, practices and processes based on common billing and financial standards. PMO analyst will be responsible to apply, and track multiple CSP pricing processes for VM and storage solutions using cloud technologies secondary customers.
This position requires demonstrated excellent customer relations and data analysis skills. The preferred candidate will have very strong oral and written communication skills. He/She must be confident and comfortable working in an environment with undefined processes, changing requirements and be able quickly adapt and help bring structure and results to support the customer mission.
The right candidate will be responsible for understanding the full project lifecycle to successfully deliver quality work products on-schedule and will need to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, as well as coordinate communication with colleagues and report risk and status to team lead or manager.
In this role, you will work with IT and Business stakeholder to write system to system interface requirements for Complex Multi-System environment. Participate in the review of current business processes and demonstrate improved processes.
The analyst will perform Fit-Gap analysis at an advanced level to identify differences between organizations business processes and make recommendations for business process and system requirements changes.
Provide expertise using current technology paradigms that can be substantiated through established and well recognized industry standards, trends and state of the art practice (e.G., gartner, forrester, itil).
Data and Analytics professionals define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will proactively solicit feedback on channel programs and processes via surveys, customer visits, and regular engagements with the partner sales teams, and develop metrics to measure effectiveness of partner programs and engagement in executing solutions sales; increasing sales growth-rate increases and partner investment in the Panduit relationship.
In this role, you will initiate and complete performance and functionality testing of all enterprises operating system builds by using automated testing tools and also provides related troubleshooting assistance to desktop support teams.
