Ensure all projects are completed in WMIS and the Project Coordinators/Inspectors finalized all tasks and appropriately completed all crew rate and labor plus invoices. Ensure maps are accurately and timely submitted to GIS team (ensure locate contractor has drawings prior to placement in GIS).
Assist the business users with activities related to software change requests, including creation and execution of test scripts to test business functionality, establishment of training plans and creation of user training documentation.
Guiding software development activities by facilitating daily and weekly status meetings, making decisions on priorities and preferences, and continuously gathering user feedback as new features and functionalities are developed.

The Business Systems & Data Analyst is a lead position in the analysis, definition, and automation of business processes for the Association. S/he performs overall analysis and design for the development of business intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics systems, including gathering user requirements, performing systems design and analysis, and architecting data stores for business intelligence applications and reporting.
He/she will provide assistance to more junior-level technicians, specialists, and managers in their activities. The incumbent will be involved in analyzing cross-functional problem sets, identifying root causes and resolving issues.
Performing program management activities including personnel management and accountability; requesting, monitoring, and reporting travel; labor hours, costs, and ODCs tracking ; billing and invoicing; preparing, tracking, and disseminating contract deliverables.
