As an independent contractor, you will sell our lead-generation marketing tool/custom-branded publication business-to-business. Buyers primarily include real estate-related businesses, title companies, escrow companies, developers, financial institutions, realtor associations/boards, individual realtors, mortgage brokers, and other companies interested in a lead-generation tools and/or a branded resource/relocation guide.
In this role, you will be responsible to
develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects. Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business. Establish and maintain strong relationships, with both internal partners and external customers.
As a Technical Sales Engineer you will work closely with your customers to troubleshoot and resolve daily operational and water/steam/HVAC utility-related issues in addition to helping them achieve longer-term goals supporting facility sustainability.
In this role, the selected candidate will sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff; partner with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice through; providing product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at strategic management and analysis of sales trends.
