The main purpose of this position is to promote Scottrades mission of helping clients overcome barriers to financial success. Branch Managers execute on this mission by leading their sales team in needs-based interactions, supervising proactive sales activities, and developing a highly motivated team that puts the clients needs first while growing the organizations footprint in their respective area of influence.
The Branch Manager I is responsible for the overall administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, team development, opening accounts, lending, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives
Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, including individual expectations for outside business development. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
